About Me

I worked in two areas which lead to my training as a psychotherapist. I completed a three-year training at Ashburn clinic alongside their theoretical course. Since graduating I have been practicing psychotherapy for 11 years. A mix of private practice and part-time work at Ashburn. From early 2017 I have been working solely in private practice out of The Psychotherapy and Counselling Centre.

I practice psychodynamic psychotherapy. The aim of therapy is to provide a safe space, where a person can explore their difficulties through reflecting on their whole life story. Using their relationship with their therapist to practice new ways of thinking and feeling, which will enable the person to make lasting changes in their life.

My experience and expertise cover a wide range of difficulties which include, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, personalities disorders, addictions, identity and gender issues and sexual abuse.

I am happy to work with people for short or long-term therapy.
I have space to see new clients. I work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

The fastest way to contact me is via text or email as my cell is off during sessions.
